A Retreat of Love

In this program we create a dynamic holding environment in which you can get in touch with your inner child. This includes healing parts of yourself that you have repressed over time and connecting with the lost innocence and vitality of the child within you. Throughout the program you are provided with tools & practices to regulate your nervous system, free up energy blockages and increase your brain’s capacity to become more adaptive. When combined these techniques help you break out of negative habits and thought patterns that have limited your capacity for joy, contentment and love.

As part of the program you will receive:

1. Comprehensive online resources which include somatic meditations, grounding movements practices and other tools for rewiring your nervous system and transforming your emotions into higher vibrational frequencies.

2. In person group meetings to practice proven methods of inquiry and unique practices designed to return to your intention and support you as you integrate your healing work.

3. Individual coaching and/or reiki session with Dima as needed

4. Three inipi (sweat lodge) ceremonies with Iron Eagle

5. Sacred ceremony with Iron Eagle

Schedule

• The program launches the week of October 9. We meet twice before we leave for the retreat and once after we return. Meetings include a yoga class, sound healing and sharing circle with Dima. Meeting days & times to be determined based on group agreement.

• We fly to Florida on October 27 and spend three nights on the ceremonial grounds for Tanahuachi Kiva, returning Monday October 30.

About Iron Eagle

Grandfather is the founder of Tanahuachi Kiva, traditional sundancer, Hado practitioner and MD hypnosis clinic practitioner. He comes from a long lineage of medicine men and women of the bear claw medicine clan, the blue corn people. We are honored to have the opportunity to sit with him in sacred ceremonies and have access to his authentic teachings through the ways of his ancestors.
