About Us
Our mission is to embody the teachings of yoga and make them practical to your life.
Our trainings provide an understanding of the fundamentals of yoga along with a deep exploration of the Self, so that you understand yourself at a deeper level and find peace of mind in daily living. We lead you through a meaningful journey and provide you with the tools you need to live an authentic life, in harmony with nature. From this place of confidence and conviction, should you choose to teach yoga, you will be able to deliver powerful classes from your heart and with a unique signature.
Given the depth and substance of the materials involved, our programs require a combination of commitment, accountability and courage as well as a sincere desire to know what is true about yourself beyond the physical dimension. Most importantly it demands an openness to the possibility of a higher mind that is intelligent and trustworthy and a devotional inclination to something larger than your ego self.

I'm the creator of One Voice Yoga and my interest lies in the practical application of functional movement, embodiment practices and spiritual illumination. As a student of consciousness for over 20 years, I have developed a unique perspective in the field of yoga that brings the teachings into practical daily living. In addition to studying with wise elders and embodiment experts from around the world, I have experience in a number of different modalities such as somatic based meditation techniques, dynamic neural retraining system and integrated energy therapy. Most importantly, my work is grounded in my own recovery from states of suffering including depression, anxiety, addiction and PTSD. In my yoga classes I combine movement, breath work, music, touch and chanting to deliver unique group experiences. As a certified Gene Keys guide, I lead somatic awareness group sessions as well as recorded meditations to embody the Gene Keys teachings.

I am a teacher, trainer, adventurer, student, entrepreneur and love warrior. My education, professional affiliations and certifications are available. These pieces are important but I believe life and every experience we go through are our true teachers. My experiences have taught me how to be a teacher, a communicator and a motivator. I've been teaching and motivating my whole life. It is what I am here to do. I want give each One Voice student teacher the tools they need to find their own individual voice, solid, proven teaching tools, a safe place to practice and an environment for their spirit to be free. Whether I am teaching a yoga practice, training new employees or teaching my grandchildren, the cornerstone of my teaching philosophy is honesty. Honest constructive feedback, honest praise and always honest about what I know and what I don’t know. I am proud, humbled and so excited to be a part of One Voice teacm.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) therapist in private practice and my interest is helping adults to integrate and heal the imprints of trauma and reconnect with the flow of love & Intuition that is their birthright. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and I incorporate a broad range of additional mind-body modalities into my sessions, including parts work, tapping, yoga, meditation, sound, drawing, and energy healing techniques. I also have advanced training in a model called Systemic Family Constellations. This approach recognizes that many of our deepest struggles may not have started with us but rather are rooted in our ancestry. I love this open-hearted way of working with individuals and groups, as it not only honors who and what came before us but has the power to transform who we become.
Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I was a registered yoga teacher (ERYT-200) and taught vinyasa and restorative yoga in studios and wellness centers throughout MetroWest Boston. It is an honor to come full circle and bring Constellations workshops to the One Voice Yoga Teacher Training Program.

I have a doctoral degree in physical therapy, years of practice in the field and a unique perspective on body mechanics and functional movement. In addition I have been an athlete all my life which gives me an experiential application along with the theoretical and analytical understanding. My passion for form and function grew even stronger as I pursued my 200 hour certification in yoga and began to teach. My classes fuse together functional movement, breath work and presence in a mindful and compassionate connection.
While I have a deep interest in the healing process, my biggest passion lies in empowering others with the mindfulness and understanding needed to care for their own bodies in a way that promotes longevity of function and overall well being.
